Create a static RDF file containing story headlines
like 'Your reader is to fast' and 'You are abusing our
server'. Link these to appropriate FAQ items. Setup
the pink page to redirect RDF requests to this file
instead of displaying the normal pink page.

Why: 75%+ of the users banned are banned for having too
many rss requests.

please see Robo@slashdot.org for details.
