#2714 Threading and Thresholds Ambiguity

There is a, to me, rather alarming oddity when viewing
threaded with a threshold. I view at level 2, threaded,
nested, highest first. I have noticed a number of
occasions a comment that is displayed as if it were a
reply, but is actually a reply to a reply. The comment
inbetween has been filtered by the threshold. The
display ends up as this:

o Comment 1
+ Comment 2
- N comments below threshold

The N comments bit includes the comment inbetween 1
and 2. This layout gives the false impression that
comment 2 is replying to comment 1.

Maybe it would make more sense for filtered comments
(or rather the N comments below threshold text) to be
placed in date order in this mode for all nest levels
except root messages.

I'd like to address this when we do the moderation system
overhaul... you know, sometime in the far distant future :)
