In fact , we have tree kinds of running mode for arm emulator: Old interpreter, fast interpreter and dyncom with LLVM. I think currently you can try to use fast interpreter under arch/arm/dyncom. That is about faster 50x than old interpreter(the mode you are using) and that is very easily ported. Since the code base of fast mode do not depend on any code under common directory. All the implementation almost is located at arch/arm/dyncom/arm_dyncom_interpreter.cpp. And fast mode is also complete and stable. We ever run android with it. I will ask another guy to write a quick guide to run some testcases under fast mode interpreter. -- ksh On Thu, Sep 4, 2014 at 12:23 AM, bunnei b <bun...@gm...> wrote: > Good afternoon, > > I'm a developer for another emulator project > (https://github.com/citra-emu/citra) that uses SkyEye's older ARM > interpreter > (http://sourceforge.net/p/skyeye/code/ci/master/tree/arch/arm/common/) to > emulate an ARM11 core. At skyeye-testsuite sizes of vmlinux about 2Mb。 but at kernel, the vmlinux at root directory which we build is about 60Mb. so vmlinux of testsuite directory is file of arch\arm\boot\compressed\vmlinux. we use skyeye to run vmlinux(at kernel root directory) is ok, but use skyeye to run arch\arm\boot\compressed\vmlinux,there is nothing print! |
