Sitools has been designed to have only 1 instance of each module and multiple instance of the same module hasn't been tested.
Anyway, the problem comes from the extensive use of ids in the Extjs code and I attached an id free version of the Datastorage explorer which will fix the bug.
The new Extjs4 will be free of the those problems.
