Hi, I happily connect to Lync via an account from my local institution (Newcastle University) using Adium versions up to 1.5.9 with SIPE plugin versions 1.18.0 and just confirmed 1.18.1.
However, if I upgrade to the latest Adium (1.5.10), the connection stops working with error "...error web ticket request to Lync ...CertProvisioning failed..."
(sorry I have not more accurately captured the error message. Perhaps adium has in a log somewhere that I can't find).
I tried refreshing my User agent with a more recent Lync version (up to one of the 2013 ones) to no avail. (using the new 2013-era User agent with the older adium version is fine.)
Not a SIPE issue.

#249SIPEAdiumPlugin maintainer has verified that SSL BEAST mitigation workaround is included in the Adium 1.5.10 release binary. So the only reason can be that for some unknown reason the SSL BEAST mitigation setting got lost from your account settings. Please re-enable it.
