rcssserver3d: version 0.6.2 released!

This release is mainly a bug-fix release, and is the last release before
RoboCup 2009 competitions.

* Some improvements:
- improved Windows and MacOSX support
- improved external monitor
- fixed a bug in rcssserver3d's goal counting
- added right kick-off key to the monitor (Simon Raffeiner)
- simspark can take command line argument specifying the rb script to run
(using --script-path command line option)
