#228 Disable auto-away when in DND, Occupied, etc.

In the states "DND", "Occupied" and "Invisible", the auto-
away / auto-N/A feature should be disabled (or
disableable by configuration).

Reason: If inactive for the specified amount of time, the
status shouldn't change to "away", because then other
contacts may potentially msg (hence, disturb) you,
because they don't know you're in fact in the
state "Occupied" or similar atm.

Or is the auto-away, when I'm in "DND" etc., not
propagated to the ICQ server?
