#4 Backup of project file is hidden only in Linux/Unix

The backup file that is created whenever the user open
a project, is named using the "dot-something"
convention to hide files in Unix/Linux.

This file will not be hidden in Windows (and what about
Mac?).

Apart from that, Windows (or at least some Windows
components and/or third party software) have shown
issues with dot-files in the past.

I think SiGeFi should detect the OS, and try to do
something more smart about the file name/atributes,
based on the OS on which is running.
