since Palm OS now has Audio Features (Tungsten und
Zire Handhelds use it, and some of the
Multimedia-Sony-Handhelds). Is there somebody around
you might write a sidplayer for Palm OS ?

If it doesn't have to be an own player, maybe plugins
forone of the two mp3/ogg-players there are for PalmOS:
