#25 setting duplicate shortcut crahes

using a newly installed program
Get the Config Dialog up
Select the Default Group Name in the Groups Tab
Select the Keyboard Tab
Set a shortcut of the letter 'd'
Move to another setting and try to set 'd' for this
get the warning
"This combination is already used"
the Options dialog is visible behind the error dialog
Pressing OK to the error message then gives
Run time error 5
