#8 Several bug fixes to Scp.cs

I found a couple bugs in the 1.1.1.13 release which I've patched locally.

1: Recursive From appends last remote folder to end of local path string:
scp.From("/usr/bin/folder", "C:\bin", true) will end up transferring the contents of the remote folder to C:\bin\folder which is not what I specified.

2: For ReceiveFile, message success returns 0 bytes in string due to using wrong variable (filesize vs. size).

3: Fixed spelling error, "successfuly" to "successfully" wherever it was found in the file.

These may or may not be fixed in V2, but we are using 1.1.1.13, so we patched that source.
