I am not sure if this is more of a filesystem issue than Sharelin, but I wanted to post just in case. I started downloading several random files just to check out stability and one of those files was a long named text file.

I can open the text file from the downloads folder, but when I try to open it from Sharelin webgui I am presented with a blank page in my browser (as opposed to it prompting me to open it like the other downloads).

Hi. Browser can open some files by itself (.jpg, .txt, .html and others). May be this is the case. You can rename your file to .dat and see if you will be prompted to download it. (if it is what you meant)

Hi. Browser can open some files by itself (.jpg, .txt, .html and others). May be this is the case. You can rename your file to .dat and see if you will be prompted to download it. (if it is what you meant)
