#13 Contextual Userlist plugin

It would be nice to see configurable contextual menu support in the Userlist plug-in.

I was also really sure I could choose what action was taken (from /msg and /whois) by double-clicking on a user, but as far as I can tell, I can't, and must have been thinking of another client.
