The installation is not correct. There is an old DLL which is used instead of the new version.
If you copied files manually, remove all those files before installation.
Best way to install: Open the zip file with the total commander and use the auto install procedure. (Sometimes you have to restart the total commander to trigger the installation)

I have always done it this way as pluginst routine does nothing more...
Anyway, I have deleted the sftp files from TC directory, restarted app, installed pluging using auto install procedure, restarted app again and the problem is still there...
