#94 Please static-link mfc42 for benefit of Wine

Hi! Users on Linux report annoyance or ignorance
that your app requires an external copy of mfc42; see

To install semagic on wine, one has to first do "winetricks mfc42" to
install mfc42, since wine cannot legally bundle that dll.

It would be more convenient if semagic didn't require the system
to already have mfc42. You could either bundle it in the installer,
or statically link it. Static linking would probably have the least
bloat

So, how 'bout it?
