When I launch SEB RC6 on Windows 7, and click on the magnify icon in the toolbar, nothing happens (the CreateProcess call fails). I added in logic to get the error code associated with the CreateProcess call and it is returning 740 (ERROR_ELEVATION_REQUIRED). I know I was able to add magnify.exe to the permitted processes list in RC4. Do you know what could have changed between RC4 and RC6 that would prevent this from working now?

We could reproduce the problem in SEB 2.0 final too, but couldn't find out why magnify.exe isn't working. I guess we cannot support this tool right now. Did you find a workaround or another similar magnifying tool which is working with SEB?
