#6841 GUI/LAUNCHER: Tooltip makes MassAdd button get stuck

Strange bug here.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Press SHIFT to bring up "MassAdd" instead of "Add" (also a "Record" button appears, greyed out)
2) Move the cursor over any button that features the tooltip (best would be "MassAdd")
3) Wait until the tooltip appears and immediately let go of SHIFT
...
if you've done it correctly the "MassAdd" button description (and the "Record" button) will stay permanently until one clicks on a button that redraws the screen (i.e. "About")
The "MassAdd" button will, when clicked, perform a normal "Add", so only a visual problem.

This is not a regression, btw.
It's as old as the tooltips itself (just tried it with version 1.2.0 - i think the revision where tooltips were first introduced?)
