#6667 VOYEUR: Pan-out video played twice when loading from launcher

After loading a save from the launcher, the pan-out video is played twice.
Most of the time you see the video once (with a palette glitch at the end if the background image changes to reflect the time of day), then the date/time of day, then video is played again.
If the savegame was made at the beginning of a game, date/time of day is not shown.
