The list of Ioun Stones on the Magic Items page is incomplete. Amongst others, it's missing Crimson Sphere (+2 Int).

    Found my mistake!
    I deactivated all source books other than PFAPG and then searched for the Ioun Stone that gave the +2 Int bonus.
    Turns out my character doesn't have the Crimson Sphere Stone but rather the Scarlet & Blue Sphere which IS in the list.
    Sorry for the mistake....
