Scorched3D version 39.1 released

It gives me great pleasure in announcing the release of Scorched3D version 39.1.

Version 39.1 is a minor bug fix release:-
- Fixed client crashes due to boids turned off
- Tanks not moving during multiplayer games
- Saved games not loading correctly
- Re-balanced some weapons
- Speeded up some of the larger weapons
