#791 always hilight current line even if scintilla lose focus

For example, I have two child window in my program:
one is main edit window (Scintila control) and another is a find result window;
I set scintilla can hilight current edit line.
But when the find result window gets focus and scintilla loses focus, curretn line won't be hilighted again.
Please add a message which can make scintilla can always hilight current edit line .
