#1017 Tex comment line highlight bug fix.

Hi, there:
When a latex file(.tex file) is open in SciTE 3.3.5,in the comment line starting with "%" it displays only the char "%" in correct comment color and the other words in comment line are in text color that should be in comment color.
Please help to fix it.

I don't use latex myself but, looking at the code, the styling of just the '%' appears to be deliberate.
