#526 TCL Lexer addtion for Expect

Expect[1] is a sysadmin tool/language that sits on top of TCL. TCL is forward compatible with Expect.

The .exp extension is the standard for Expect files, and the TCL Lexer should recognize this and highlight the sourcecode as if it were straight TCL.
