When the file cannot be saved (e.g. no write access to
the directory), a question appears.
However, even when the answer is 'Yes', no save dialog
box appears.
The current version of GTK+ is 2.6.7 so 2.2.0 is two major
releases ago. I won't be fixing bugs on this platform
although I will accept patches for it.
