#1603 In Win7 32bit SciTe crashes on exit

At work I have a machine running Win7 32bit. When I launch and then exit SciTE it crashes.
The following is a cut/paste of the error details:

Same here. Except I'm on a Windows 8.1 64 bit system.

There is a testing download at http://www.scintilla.org/wscite343.zip that may have fixed the problem.
