#1431 Script with spaces in filename fails to work

In previous versions (e.g. 3.0.2), trying to run a script file where the filename has a space (e.g. "run file.bat") worked fine. With more recent versions this now fails with the error "run" is not a command - the filename no longer appears to be quoted when the script is run.
