bug tickets are assigned to suzhe by default who I believe is not active in this project anymore

It looks like not all bug tickets are assigned to suzhe by default, but some are. build-config tickets are one example, there may be others.

Open tickets assigned to suzhe should probably also be reassigned to "nobody"

I believe this has been fixed now. It looks like suzhe has been removed from the list of potential assignees.
