#252 Segmentation fault when renaming table

This is essentially the same bug reported in ticket #202. I am opening as a new one because the crashes occurs in versions 1.D5 and 1.D8, but not in v. 0.2.4.
To rename a table will crash SciDAVis only if you have a plot with error bars from the table you want to rename.
A way to reproduce the crashes is:
- create a 2D plot with data from any table;
- add error bars (from any table) to the plot;
- try to rename the table linked to the error bars -> SciDAVis will crash.

I tried following your procedure, but in order to create a plot with error bars, I had to create a table with 3 columns, marking one of the columns as the error column, select the three plots, and plot them. Whe renaming the table, however, everything works as it should.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or whether Dmitriy has fixed the problem.
