SBML Reaction Finder 1.1

Due to recent changes in BioPortal's web services policy, users of SBML Reaction Finder version 1.0 will no longer be able to update their local knowledge bases when updating their local model cache. This means 1.0 users will no longer be able to find new reactions as they are added to the BioModels repository. We have released version 1.1 which corrects this issue. Please use version 1.1 to stay up to date on the BioModels repository. This is the only major change from version 1.0. Any questions, email me: mneal@uw.edu
