While enumerating the Linux_Processor class instances on systems with dynamic CPU frequencies, the MaxClockSpeed property is determined incorrectly as CurrentClockSpeed = /proc/cpuinfo: cpu MHz.

A draft for a fix proposal is attached.

Has someone looked at this bug yet ? It affects the SAP monitoring tools, producing confusing reports (see attachment sapmonitoring.jpg). Note: SAP monitoring tools consume sblim CIM provider metrics.
