Instances of SFCB_RegisteredProfile (for Profile Registration Profile and Indications Profile) are currently written to disk, and haven't been generated by ProfileProvider for quite a while now. ProfileProvider currently just does an upcall to respond to requests. It makes sense for InternalProvider to handle this class directly and save an upcall.
