According to the Nov 2010 version of the JSR48 TCK, the InvalidArgumentException must be thrown when a CIM element's name is null. This is currently not being done by the Java CIM Client. Fixing this will eliminate 1 error and 10 failures.
Patch sent for community review. During a 2 week period any
exploiter may comment on the patch, request changes or turn it
down completely (with good reason). For the time being the patch is part of the "Experimental" branch in CVS.
