SaVi 1.2.7 released

SaVi 1.2.7 adds a spherical projection option to the coverage panel, allowing you to see the Earth as a sphere without requiring Geomview. Some minor cosmetic bugs in updating Geomview when static elements like axes are turned on or off, and in updating coverage panel colors when the coverage panel is closed and later reopened, are also fixed.

Previous releases of SaVi have been repackaged today to correct the Makefile_defs. naming problem that resulted from packaging on Cygwin and a WIndows filesystem. SaVi 1.2.7 has had its Makefile naming changed to permanently avoid this problem on all platforms.
