We are using user authentication for proxy access, we need to know the user login from which PC.

Is it possible generate the report showing userid/users as username(login IP)?

like:
user001(10.1.1.4)
user001(10.1.2.35)
user002(10.1.1.20)
user003(10.1.1.52)
