#89 Option --dry-run does not show deletes

Upon starting, s3cmd says "Found 22827 local files, 9017 remote files" and then "Summary: 17875 local files to upload, 4065 remote files to delete".

With the --dry-run option it then lists all the files it wants to uload, but not the files it wants to delete.
This should be added.

I uploaded 10.000 files, and now I am adding a new batch by means of the sync command.
There should be no deletes, and that it wants to delete almost 50% of my uploaded files makes me very uneasy.
