I have tried the 0.3 package of your UI for the application. I used it on my Nokia 5800xm, firmware version: 20.0.012.
I installed your sisx-file over an existing installation of the official s2putty 1.5 package...
The UI seems to work fine, and the touchbuttons seem to work.
However when I tap somewhere on the screen, and the virtual keyboard show up, I can not type anything... Nothing gets registred.. If I for example make some 'pipes' with the touchbuttons, then tap the screen then there are | in the textfield in the virtual keyboard. Taping on the backspace key however removes everything in the textfield, not just a character...
Hope this gives something to work with, otherwise please request more info! :)

I think I spoke to early, I tried at home later with a WLAN connection and everything worked fine! :)
The first try was over a 3g data-connection..
