#168 Syntax error in rbglib_error.c

There is a syntax error in rbglib_error.c. It happens to work in MRI because NIL_P wraps the whole expression in parens, but does not in Rubinius.

I believe this is just a simple oversight.

    But I forgot to include your patch into 0.90.9, the latest release...
