#44 File numbering messed up if file is saved with a new name
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the same file twice (say "foo.txt"). In the
tabbed pane view, one tab is labeled "foo.txt (1)" and
the other "foo.txt (2)".
2. Save the second foo.txt as "bar.txt." After the
save, the first tab still says "foo.txt (1)". The
"(1)" should be removed.
This is also true in the list and MDI views.
