Currently, matching only triggers when the caret is positioned after a bracket. Requesting an additional context where matching also triggers when the caret is positioned before a bracket but is not preceded by one (i.e. white space or non-bracket character).
When the caret is in between brackets, matching should still prioritized looking for the partner of the bracket that precedes the caret.
