#758 https-feeds and proxies produce errors

RSSBandit doesn't work correctly with proxy-
configuration scripts.

Version 1.3.0.44, activated 'Take over proxy settings
from Internet Explorer', can subscribe to a https-
feed, but if I then try to recieve news on this feeds
(which are on the INTRANET, so the proxy server
shouldn't be used at all or at least RSSBandit should
figure it out by reading the proxy-conf-script where
this is correctly configured) I recieve the error:
The ServicePointManager does not support proxies of
https scheme.
Opening the feed-URL or a news-URL in the IE or the
browser in RSSBandit works correctly. It just won't
get any news from this feeds.

It is a limitation of the .NET Framework that it does not support proxy requests of HTTPS URLS. See http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=140069&SiteID=1 for more details.
