#471 Installation clears feed cache

When installing the latest version of RSS Bandit, the
cache of feed items for your currently subscribed feeds
are deleted. Once you update a feed, you will get the
items currently being supplied by the feed but none of
your old items. The items you do get will be marked as
read or unread correctly.

What's also interesting is that if you unsubscribe from a
feed and then run the RSS Bandit installer, the cached
items for your unsubscribed feeds remain in the Cache
folder.

What version did you upgrade from? This looks like RSS
Bandit changed the 'Remove Items Older Than" value back to
the default which is 1 month.
