Just updated from a recent beta. The tree view is now empty. The status bar says I have 60 feeds and says that it's updating them. This is an x86 Vista SP1 machine that's fairly vanilla. Let me know if there's any additional information I can provide. Thanks.

try to double click on "Abonnements" (the small label under the big "Abonnements", at the same level as "Search Folder" and "More Folders" (or similiar, i did translate the German labels) ).
A single click would produce much more UX at this point, it took me a long time to realize that i have to double click.

I should have mentioned in the initial bug report that the "tabs" don't expand by either single or double click. I can select one, and it partially highlights, but it doesn't move or otherwise change. I'm assuming this a specific to my machine as I haven't seen other reports and the feeds appear on my 2008 server machine.
