Where do I go to add a new button to the main gui? I figured the first
start, until I get the books from the library, is to understand what
happens when the button I have for the guitar chord creator is pressed.
My thinking is as follows:
1) Add button to main gui and have it print out "Guitar Chord Creator
button" to standard out
2) Create a basic window that is created and displayed when the button
3) Extend basic window to take elements from KGuitar.

Why not just look at examples? grep is your best friend. Why not follow my
selection event filter as an example?
If you run a "grep filter_selection *" from gui that will start you down the
trail of bread crumbs. I think you'll learn more if you grep your way around
and figure it out than if I tell you step by step what to do.
There are a lot of little steps, but it's not too difficult to follow.
