#64 Change default battle settings like e.g. "Number of Rounds"

Hi Flemming,

great to see Robocode developing so impressive!

I have one little request for a new feature: Every time I start robocode from scratch, I have to change the number of rounds from 10 to 35. The system does not remember the value entered previously.
Is there a way to do so or could this be implemented easily?
