For robots it can't download, the message that it is ignoring them is duplicated:
Ignoring zyx.nano.EscherichiaColi_1.0.jar: ./robots/zyx.nano.EscherichiaColi_1.0.jar (No such file or directory)
Ignoring zyx.nano.EscherichiaColi_1.0.jar: ./robots/zyx.nano.EscherichiaColi_1.0.jar (No such file or directory)
Ignoring zyx.nano.RedBull_1.0.jar: ./robots/zyx.nano.RedBull_1.0.jar (No such file or directory)
Ignoring zyx.nano.RedBull_1.0.jar: ./robots/zyx.nano.RedBull_1.0.jar (No such file or directory)
Very minor aesthetic issue so lowest priority.
I have problems reproducing this issue. Is there a way I can reproduce it or simulate the error?
This issue might have been fixed already by fixing [2994724] - Duplicate version numbers prevents uploading:

Can't check this without DOWNLOAD=YES, and can't set that as easily that till Robowiki is back up. Testing waiting on that.
Tested now. It's still the case that each "Ignoring" message is printed twice when running the roborumble.
The bug has now been fixed so that the "ignoring" message is not being printed out at all as a previous error message that the robot could not be downloaded has already been printed out.
Please verify that this bug has been fixed. :-)
