#60 Apostrophes disappear

RipperX doesn't seem to like apostrophes. Data from the CDDB appears with all apostrophes omitted.

Manually re-inserting them before ripping the CD results in correct ID3 tags, but they are dropped again from file and folder names.

Running current version of RipperX as deployed via Ubuntu repositories.
