#51 does not gracefully handle no network at startup

I started ripperX without network connection. It complained about not being able to access cddb. I left ripperX running and got network connection. Pressing cddb button did not result in a connection to cddb. So it seems that a cddb connection is only attempted during startup.

But nice and simple app, thanks!
