#9 don't use a separate dialog for encoder plugins options

I think the fact that you have to open a separate
dialog to set the options for the encoding plugins
isn't good.
It would be better to have them directly in a hbox
below the plugin choser where there is the button to
open the plugin preferences.

A valid argument and one I'll ponder. That's always sort've
bugged me as well.
