#8 playing ogg locks up rio

I just installed a new rio receiver, and the software
under (blech) windows. I downloaded the most recent
receiver.arf from sourceforge: 0.29alpha2. replaced the
receiver.arf on the windows server, restarted the
armgr, then started the rio receiver. It started fine,
and I got the lovely splash screen saying rioplay on
the receiver.

I can play mp3's just fine. If I run an ogg file, I get
the clock-looking icon forever....

Let me know if there's anyt info I can gather.
