#7 Parser borks after certain server messages.
After certain server messages, Riggy will send bad text
to certain command modules (or at least the irc module)
as arguments. A spew of messages about the
arguments will show up the next time you query Riggy:
Bad option '-x' (or missing arguments).
He may as a result get kicked for flooding.

Note that this doesn't necessarily kill Riggy or disconnect
him. In most cases, depending on the server, he'll just be
kicked.
For the time being, you can simply ask him to rejoin the
channel with the 'irc -c' command:
/msg Riggy irc -c #channel
